I liked:
The room was clean and cosy, atmosphere very pleasant.
Close to main places of interest (St.Peter's Square, Castel Sant'Angelo, shoppping area)..just across the river many others..
The personnel of the restaurant was very friendly.
Good breakfast.
I disliked:
The hotel charges you for every extra service, like Fax or photocopier or internet...these services are usually GRATIS in other hotels (at least in Germany).
The ladies who clean the rooms were too annoying. We stayed at the hotel for vacations, and wanted just to relax, so it was quite irritating having to get out of the room for it to be cleaned when they had to, and every time the personnel reminded you of that.
Some personnel was not very helpful. When we run into a problem with internet, we wanted to get connected wireless with our laptop, a person at the reception said he coul not understand why we could not connect because it was simple, and he just asked us to call the tollfree numer and ask how to do this (on Christmas Eve!!!).
